The things people ask first

If yours is not here, the form at the bottom of this page reaches us directly.

How quickly can you start?

Usually two to three weeks from a signed scope. If something is genuinely time-critical we will tell you honestly whether we can hit it, rather than agreeing and then discovering we cannot.

What is the minimum engagement?

For retained work, three months — below that there is not enough time for anything to compound, and reporting on a single month tells you very little. Project work has no minimum.

Do you work with in-house marketing teams?

Most of our accounts have one. We are usually brought in for the capability a team does not want to hire permanently, and we are happy to hand a process back once it is running.

How is pricing structured?

A monthly retainer for ongoing work, a fixed fee for defined projects, and media spend billed at cost with no markup. You see the platform invoices.

Who actually works on the account?

The people you meet in the pitch. We are small enough that the person presenting the strategy is the person writing it, and you have direct contact with them.

What do you need from us to start?

Access to your analytics and ad accounts, whoever owns the commercial target in one room for an hour, and an honest answer about what has already been tried.

Can you take over an existing campaign mid-flight?

Yes, and we would rather do that than restart. The first two weeks are spent reading what is already running before changing anything structural.

What happens if it is not working?

You hear it from us first, with what we would change and what it would cost. Retainers are cancellable on 30 days’ notice; we would rather you leave than stay unhappy.

Read something you want to argue with?

Good. That is usually where the useful conversation starts.
